Severe, profound losses necessarily require hearing solutions with very powerful processors. Microson therefore implements different technologies in a range of hearing aids:

• M34 Digital
  
  Purpose: to be usable by everyone, regardless of their type of hearing loss and budget.
  
  Development: to achieve this we have therefore turned up the amplification system to deliver a matrix of 138/72 and a real pressure of 142dBSPL in the M34 Digital HighPower with a 13-size battery. For people who require even more power, we also offer the M34 Digital Front with a matrix of 139/77 and a 675-size battery.
  
  
• Cima Concept
  
  Purpose: For users of Super-Powerful analogue hearing aids who need high amplification at low tones.
  
  Development: this technology uses a 4th order adjustment system with which a minimum frequency of less than 50 Hz can be reached. This compares very favourably with the frequencies of over 200 Hz usually picked up by hearing aids (except for a few specific models). This adjustment system and the high power double microphone have been used to field a very high maximum pressure and the most powerful analogue-type digital hearing aids on the market.
  
  
• M4
  
  Purpose: to develop the market’s most powerful CIC and ITC hearing aids based on a new technology platform featuring the latest Microson specifications.
  
  Development: For people who seek high sound quality, people for whom the instrument’s aesthetics and size are particularly important, and for those who also require high amplification for proper correction of their loss, we have launched the new M4 with ultra-powerful digital processors.
